ELLE’s features department is seeking a part-time (schedule is flexible) intern to assist the assistant and associate editors on all entertainment-related tasks. This person should be meticulous, diligent, and courteous with a real passion for pop culture, film, music, and TV

Internship duties (will include but not limited to):

Updating and maintaining movie lists

Transcribing interviews

Conducting research

Sending out comp issues

Running errands and other administrative tasks.

It is important that the person in this role treats it like a serious opportunity to become an entertainment editor. We were interns too and want to help this person find their dream editorial position after graduation. There will also be opportunities to pitch to the section and to potentially contribute to ELLE.com. All candidates MUST HAVE previous magazine experience and experience transcribing. You MUST be able to receive school credit. We are looking for someone to start right away!
