Job: Sales Intern

Glamhouse Showroom, a divison of Mouawad USA, representing jewelry lines including House of Harlow 1960, Rose Pierre, Low Luv X Erin Wasson, and A.L.C. is looking for 2 interns to start immediately to work 2-3 days a week for a commitment of three months minimum. Hours are flexible and will be negotiated upon interview. The Sales Intern will work directly with the Sales Team and will walk away with tangible knowledge of the wholesale side of the business. At the end of the term, interns should be familiar with the operations of an emerging fashion jewelry company, problem solving skills, the process of preparing for market and a better sense of their personal professional goals.

Intern duties (will include but not limited to):

Assisting with the preparation of upcoming tradeshows

Processing return authorizations

Maintaining standards of the showroom

Sample tracking and inventory

General administrative duties

Skills required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; must have experience using Excel

Strong time management skills and ability to work under a deadline

Must be able to work independently; taking charge to complete tasks assigned

Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Internship is unpaid.

$10 per day stipend for lunch.

Academic credit available and highly encouraged.

Candidates must be available for in-person interview.
